The simplist way is to search your email for "Vagaro" and your confirmation should be there. If it is not, you may log into your Vagaro account and find all appointments in your profile. If you have forgotten your Vagaro login, email or DM and I can send your login info. If none of the above are successful, you may email or DM me to confirm when your appointment is.

You may log into your Vagaro account to change or modify any existing appointments, however if you are cancelling within 48 hours, please Text me to notify me so that I can fill the space as soon as possible.

Wait times can be long for appointments, and I appreciate your patience and planning greatly! I recommend booking an appointment at that 8 week mark as insurance, then signing up for my cancellation list here to possibly get in sooner, and cancelling the later appointment for the sooner if you do.

I prefer all clients to arrive to their appointments with hair dry, clean, down, styled as they normally would without any clips, ties, pins, or heavy oil/butter products present in the hair. Any clients receiving on the scalp color services such as: double process, single process, or color correction please arrive with hair that has been unwashed for at least two days to minimize scalp irritation.

Yes, there are no steps, and a ramp to get inside! Our salon chairs can hold up to 600lbs with a seat base width of 24" without a solid arm rest (allows for bodies to expand more through the arm rest). I am more than willing to send photos/videos of the space if needed.

Sliding scale haircuts are for clients that do not have access to afford a full price haircut at this time. There are 4 available sliding scale slots a month, and this option will disappear from my booking website when they have filled. If you are unsure where you fall on the scale, this may help:

• YOU HAVE CONSISTENT ACCESS TO HEALTHCARE

• YOU ARE ABLE TO AFFORD TAKING TIME OFF AS NEEDED

• YOU HAVE MODERATE ACCESS TO EXPENDABLE INCOME

CONSIDER PAYING IN THE MID RANGE OF THE SCALE IF:

• YOU HAVE SOME EXPENDABLE INCOME AFTER PAYING MONTHLY BILLS

• AND ARE NOT ACTIVELY CONCERNED ABOUT STRUGGLING TO ENSURE BASIC NEEDS ARE MET ON A MONTHLY BASIS BUTDO NOT HAVE THE SAME LEVEL OF EXPENDABLE INCOME OR PRIVILEGE OF BORROWING MONEY FROM FRIENDS OR FAMILY

CONSIDER PAYING IN THE LOW END OF THE SCALE IF:

• YOU STRUGGLE TO COVER THE COST OF BASIC NEEDS AND DO NOT HAVE ANY EXPENDABLE INCOME AFTER MONTHLY BILLS LIKE RENT OR HEALTHCARE COSTS

I now include tipping, and have phased it out of my pricing! There is never any pressure to tip :)

I build extra time into all of my appointments for consultations in person where we exchange photos and ideas to a point where we are both comfortable. Having this time on the day of the appointment ensures we can connect and share the hair you're wanting while customizing it to you. This proves to be my favorite way to proceed with haircut consultations, and I look forward to chatting with you and seeing the photos you've picked out!
